Mark Klinck is a director for TMK Klinck Ltd. After starting his career in an engineering apprenticeship as a Mechanical fitter / Machinist in a high precision workshop he went on to become the production manager, he then joined OTIS Pressure Control in 1981 as part of the Special Services Group based in Singapore. During his employment with them he worked in South East Asia, India, Middle East, North Africa and Europe. He has worked extensively throughout the world on a variety of High Pressure Snubbing operations and Hydraulic Workover projects.
Tim Klinck is a director for TMK Klinck Ltd. Tim has had a varied and extensive career, both in the mechanical engineering sector and in the oil industry. Tim started his career as an engineering apprentice. He spent the early part of his working life in mechanical engineering related jobs and later moved into the well intervention side of the oil industry. In 1980, Tim joined Otis Pressure Control, Singapore Division, as part of the Special Services Group (Snubbing, HWO). During his employment with Otis, he was promoted through several steps in the organization, eventually reaching management level. In 1992, Tim became a freelance consultant, specializing in well intervention and completions. Clients have included both service companies and majors, in jobs ranging from, Through Tubing Fishing Specialist to Completion Design Engineer.
Tim and Mark both co-designed the TMK gate valve-drilling unit. They have over 60 years combined experience in the oil and gas industry.
